If Republicans apply detrimental wording to Democrat-sponsored bills, their mail is not allowed to be sent to the public. At the root of this problem, Democrats simply do not want the Republicans to give liberal ideas a bad image: Republican mail is being censored to the standards and whims of the Democrats. In contrast, Republicans had greater leniency in censoring Democratic mail during the Bush Presidency.

Opinion: This correspondence is being sent to the voters. So obviously, Democrats don't want their bills to lose support. Neither do they want to lose support for themselves - with 2010 looming in the near future. They already have the news covered: the liberal media hardly ever airs Republican viewpoints; if so, they are scoffed at. So Democrats must "seal up" a leak..... Republican mail. This is an amazing encroachment on freedom of speech and freedom of the press. By the way, have you heard anything about this on the liberal media?
