Opinion: This is, in a way, alarming, that there is even a possibility for these accusations to occur. The events seem to point right at Obama trying to buy votes for his healthcare plan. He should try to prevent this type of accusation from happening outright: do not have private meetings with Democrats who voted no and then nominate one of their brothers for judge. Simple as that.
